For Streamer : User who uses our platform to receive money

• All money received on our platform will automatically settleled on Your bank account after cutting our service price as present on your User Setting page.
• We cannot NOT held responsible for any loss of fund loss that you may occur by using our platform. We will try our BEST to serve you better.
• Our decision on any matter regarding our app usage and your fund settlement will be final.
• No refund is provided to you or on your tips your received using our app.

For user who send tips using our app:

• No refund will be provided on any tips you do from our website.
• We cannot be help responsible for any fund lost our website. We tries our best to serve you better. You can contact us using contact us page. Our decision on any matter regarding the tips will be final.
• If fund transfer failed it will automatically be transfer back to you but we are not resposible for it to happen or any loss you may suffer.

We reserve the right to refuse refund of any money you make or receive.
